I would like to commend Brian Clegg (Service Advisor) and his service team at North County GMC. My 2003 GMC Sierra (diesel) developed a problem on a Saturday and had to be towed to the dealership. My young son and I were scheduled to leave on a trip the next Monday morning. Brian and his team gave me and my vehicle top priority. Although there wasn't a diesel tech on duty that day, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem by 2pm that day, and my son and I were able to make the trip.
I can't possibly thank Brian and his team enough for their efforts. They exemplify customer service and professionalism.
